Fresh Sourdough Country Loaf

Classic rustic sourdough, scored before baking and allowed to open up naturally to create the characteristic ‘ear’. A dark rye sourdough starter and a mix of wholemeal and sifted wheat flour give a wonderfully rich-tasting bread, with an open crumb, baked dark create a lovely crust and deep flavour. Great for sharing around the dinner table or toasting.

Stoneground Wheat Flour, Stoneground Rye Flour, Salt, Water
Allergens; GLUTEN (Wheat, Rye)
Produced in an environment that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts.
