Wholemeal Sourdough Loaf
This loaf is made up of 100% stoneground wholemeal flour from Charlecote Mill in Warwickshire. Ran by Karl Grevatt, Charlecote Mill is one of the last surviving water mills in the country and one of only a handful that produces flour on a commercial scale. Wheat from surrounding farms is transported just a few miles to the mill before the flour is produced using traditional stoneground techniques.
100% wholemeal flour not only gives this bread a wonderful flavour but means it’s packed full of vitamins, nutrients and fibre from the whole wheat grain. The sourdough process helps to extract all this goodness and creates a super soft loaf, not dense as most would expect from a whole meal.
Salt from 19 miles away. Flour from 15 miles away. This is about as local as bread can get!

Stoneground Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Stoneground Rye Flour (2.1%, Sourdough Starter), Salt, Water
Allergens; GLUTEN (Wheat, Rye)
Produced in an environment that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts.
